Description Property management company that handled single and multi family residential units is searching for an Accounting Manager to add to their team. This is a newly created role. As the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 6, as well as have a supervisor reporting into you. You will be primarily focused on the financial reporting, working with the Controller preparing for audits, and have full responsibility of the general ledger. Previous leadership experience is required. Experience within real estate or property management is also required. In addition to base salary, the position offers a bonus and the company offers benefits and 401k. This role is onsite, Mon-Fri in their Aventura office. Requirements Previous experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor within real estate or property management.
