Property Liaison - Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center

We're seeking a Full-Time, Year-Round Property Liaison to join our team at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Event Center in beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine. In this role, you'll act as the link between our guests and hotel operations, ensuring that needs are met, concerns are addressed, and that every guest leaves with lasting positive memories. This position offers a starting wage of $22 per hour, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic, team-focused environment. Physical Demands + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. + Moderately physically demanding job that requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, and some bending, lifting, carrying, twisting, kneeling. reaching. feeling, and working. + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. + Ability to perform repetitive motions, talk, to reach, handle, grasp, and communicate. + Eye/Hand/Foot coordination required. + Frequent computer keying using both hands and viewing material on a computer screen. Position Type and Schedule The Property Liaison position is a full-time, year-round position. The schedule will average 35 hours per week. Your hours and shifts can vary, and can include early mornings, late nights, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. The work may be performed on any day of the week from Sunday through Saturday. Overtime may be available and will be paid in accordance with federal and state laws. Required Education and Experience + Some college/Associate Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred. + Prior experience working in the hospitality industry or office type environment is essential and required.
