Position Overview
As a Property Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for identifying client needs and providing customized property insurance solutions. You’ll maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking property insurance.Assess client risks and coverage needs for residential, commercial, and investment properties.Source and negotiate quotes with multiple insurance carriers.Advise clients on suitable policy options and recommend appropriate coverage.Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Renew, amend, or cancel insurance policies as needed.Stay current with industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Insurance Broker or similar role.Valid insurance broker licenseStrong understanding of property insurance products and risk assessment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.Proficient in insurance software and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
