Property and Social Media Coordinator
What you’ll do: + Monitoring all inquiries and comments on social media and working in collaboration with the Property Manager to provide responses. + Work with tenants on engagement projects, promotional events and updated material on all platforms. + Coordination of social media activities and postings + Review of invoices for payment processing in relation to marketing expenses + Responsible for maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records. This may involve organizing and analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. + Responsible for document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and distribution. Maintaining proper filing systems both physically and digitally for easy retrieval of information. + Conducting research on various topics relevant to the organization's needs might be required. This could involve gathering information from different sources, summarizing findings, or preparing presentations. + May handle sensitive information such as financial data, or confidential documents. + Assist the Property Manager in preparing the annual marketing plan and budget, achieving marketing objectives and tracking measurable results including monthly budget reviews + Work with the Property Manager in generating sponsorship and promotional opportunities to generate on site and digital engagement, in addition to revenue + Develop annual marketing calendar of events and assist in implementation of events + Developing and optimizing programs to build loyalty, extending dwell times and increased visit frequency. + Compilation and monthly reporting of KPI's relating to marketing programs + Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendation to further improve campaign/event performance + Identifying key deliverables, completing post event analysis, communicating results and sharing best practices; leveraging paid (Media and activation space) and un-paid opportunities (social and digital platforms) for tenants and build awareness for new brands + Manager to create effective communication plan including establishing public relations strategy, execution and evaluation. + Engagement with tenancies for marketing purposes and promotional events. + Promote Environmental Social Governance initiatives with tenants while educating for better sustainability practices + Other tasks as required. What you bring: + At least 3 years of combined experience in supporting team roles, marketing, communications, and/or customer service. Knowledge of retail is an asset + Proficiency in various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Snapchat, LinkedIn + Superior time management and organization skills; ability to effectively manage multiple properties + Excellent and accurate written and verbal skills + Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills + Strong creative outlook + Advanced working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Strong PowerPoint Skills) Knowledge of Concur, and Yardi is an asset + Superior written and verbal communication skills + High level of independence and can be relied upon to follow work through to completion + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, exercise sound judgement, and anticipate needs + Proven ability to establish valuable relationships within an organization + Demonstrate a positive attitude, with the ability to cope well under pressure with little or no supervision + Proven track record in an administrative role + High degree of professionalism, business maturity, common sense and good judgement + Strong organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy + Takes pride in contributing through support with a positive attitude + Provide professional administrative support in a helpful, respectful and friendly manner + Experience monitoring budgets About Us CT REIT is an unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust formed to own income-producing commercial properties located primarily in Canada.
