Description:
You will be a Property Analyst, responsible for managing and coordinating disposition activities for government property in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1 regulations. Our team ensures that all government property is properly accounted for, maintained, and disposed of in a timely and efficient manner.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Property Analyst, you will manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and disposition of government property, including equipment and materials. You will ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1 regulations, maintain accurate records, and develop disposition plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing government property, including receipt, inspection, storage, and disposition
• Ensuring compliance with FAR 52.245-1 regulations and maintaining accurate records
• Developing and implementing disposition plans for government property
• Collaborating with government agencies, such as the DCMA, to ensure compliance and resolve issues
• Providing training and guidance to personnel on government property management and disposition procedures

Basic Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills related to customer and stakeholder interaction
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate records and compliance with property management guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work, meeting deadlines as needed
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Property Management background (2-5 years)
- Green Belt Certification
- Experience with data analytic and presentation tools: MS Excel, Tableau, MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of PROP and SAP
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.245-1 requirements and compliances as it relates to the management, control, accountability, and stewardship of Government Property
- Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments
- Self-Starter, ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work as an individual contributor or in a team environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
