Where will I be working?
Primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our London Victoria office (SW1P) for meetings.
Weekly Travel Requirement: One day per week to Pennhouse, Mallory Street, NW8 8SX
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the Property Services team inboxes, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently. Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, resolving enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Liaising with contractors and Westminster City Council (WCC) repairs to raise and follow up on repair issues. Supporting Property Managers by ensuring repairs and maintenance requests are tracked and completed. Handling day-to-day enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.What We're Looking For
Experience or strong understanding of the property sector, particularly housing repairs. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. Willingness to travel to Pennhouse once per week and attend meetings at London Victoria as required.What does RMG have offer you?
