Property Administrator
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to grow their administrative career while contributing to the efficient operation of our property management functions. The ideal candidate will excel in managing office tasks, supporting team projects, and handling high-volume communication with professionalism and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering, and ensuring timely dispatch of packages. • Coordinate office supplies and restocking needs to maintain an organized and functional workspace. • Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations. • Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry. • Assist with scheduling and arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel reservations. • Proofread and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. • Handle high-volume calls with exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Maintain data records and generate reports, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. • Support workflow coordination and document control processes to enhance team efficiency. • Conduct online research as needed to provide accurate and timely information for projects. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in an administrative or property management role. • Strong communication and customer service skills, particularly in high-volume call environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • Familiarity with basic office equipment and protocols. • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with data entry and document control processes. • Ability to conduct internet-based research efficiently. • SharePoint experience is a plus but not required.
