Job Description:

TDB is the leader in identifying and evaluating new Technical Security Systems (TSS), advising on deployments, and providing an array of technical expertise to our worldwide stakeholders that ensures solution sustainability. These TSS provide both physical protection for Department of State personnel and technical security for classified information and include Automated Access Control Systems (AACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Lightning Protection Systems (LPS), Security Video Systems (SVS), Emergency Notification Systems (ENS), Power Systems, Imminent Danger Notification Systems (IDNS), Access Denial Systems (ADS), Vehicle Barrier Controller Systems (VBCS), X-rays, Walk-Through Metal Detectors (WTMD), Explosive Detection Equipment, Forced Entry/Ballistic Resistant (FE/BR) Door Controls, Automated Key Control Systems (AKCS), locks, secure containers, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Our solution sustainment activities include providing Tier 3 support, managing obsolescence, and maintaining a deployment documentation library.

Property Administrator

Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day inventory activities.

Acknowledges, documents, validates, and receives government property according to contractual and FAR requirements.

Executes inventory control efforts for company-owned and government-owned property.

Executes continual on going cycle counting program for all property.

Supports and executes annual inventory for assigned property.

Investigate inventory variances to correct on-hand carrying counts and identify root cause to recommend operational changes to eliminate future occurrence.

Perform quality assurance activities to ensure systematic inventories balance and align between disparate systems.

Executes all necessary inventory changes in contract’s inventory management system.

Supports all inventory control activities preformed on the contract as required.

Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

Actively participates in cross site training and daily cross site support.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Participates in special projects as required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred. Military experience will be considered.

Qualifications

A minimum of two (2) years' experience in inventory and asset management.

Knowledge of FAR guidelines to managing property

Understand the various methodologies of inventory management (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and the cost drivers to managing inventory stock

Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, flexible in tasking and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision.

Time management is a must.

Active Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,174 - $78,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
