Promotions Manager (9 maternity leave cover: Jan Sept 25)
Were looking for an ambitious and savvy self-starter - ideally with a background in partnerships, licensing, entertainment and/or commercial experience- who has a passion for film, to join our Spain Marketing team and cover the position of the Promotion Manager during a maternity leave. Based in Madrid, you will report to the Marketing Director in Spain.
In this role you will be responsible for devising and delivering high-impact campaigns together with key partners that support our titles across Spain.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated partnerships and commercial relationships with many types of brands, outstanding negotiations skills, deep entertainment experience and a passion for great storytelling that also knows how to strategically engage with audiences through targeted movie marketing campaigns delivered by partners.
Responsibilities:
Find brand partnerships and promotions for each target of every movie to establish a Marketing campaign in which throughout the different activation the movie has exponential visibility and ATL communication.
Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and implementation of a strategic partnership framework to support the Marketing Campaign of each movie release.
Work together with Paramount International office to validate and approved each piece of the campaign.
Negotiate agreements with partners and legal department.
Collaborate across departments to accomplish campaign goals.
Estimate and evaluated budget in order to deliver partners activation.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Communication/Marketing or comparable Marketing degree from a European country
4 + years of experience in the entertainment/Licensing industry
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Great presentation skills
