In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position unterstützt Du die Leitung Integration im Rahmen der Zusammenführung von ALD Automotive und LeasePlan in Deutschland. Dich faszinieren Unternehmensrestrukturierungen, Prozessoptimierung und die Schaffung von etwas Neuem? Werde Teil dieses aufregenden Kapitels in der Mobilitätsbranche!
Als operative Unterstützung im Projektgeschäft machst Du mit Deiner Arbeit täglich einen Unterschied und kannst Deine Lösungsorientierung unter Beweis stellen. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Zusammenführung bist Du Teil
des zukünftigen Unternehmensbereiches Strategie und Transformation. Im Schwerpunkt erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung der Zusammenführung zweier von Deutschlands größten und erfolgreichsten unabhängigen Leasinganbietern, ALD Automotive und LeasePlan

Projektassistenz und Koordination von Teilprojekten

Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases, Vorbereitung sowie Nachbereitung von Steering Committees und Projektmeetings

Entwickeln und Pflegen von Reportings in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Das bringst Du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium sowie erste relevante Berufspraxis, vorzugsweise im automobilen Umfeld oder im Projektmanagement

Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, idealerweise durch Auslandsaufenthalte erworben

Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit Zahlen

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

Stark proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
