Job Description: Prepare an integrated time schedule for progress meetings with the various parties; to attend meetings, and to support the investment program as a whole, seek response to reports, and discuss project issues on a regular basis with the PIU and other key people; prepare and circulate minutes of the meetings, including follow-up actions required to ensure progress. Production of a project implementation plan and updating of such plan annually (in cooperation with the owner’s engineers and others project’s consultants). Support the PIU in managing payments to the Contractor(s), to the Owner’s Engineer and to other(s) Consultant(s), to whom payment has been certified, to ensure that all such payments are made in due time, and that appropriate control and record systems are in place to ensure compliance with financiers and the country reporting requirements; Assist ENR with all the Lenders’ covenants and conditions precedent stated in the loan agreements signed for the project. More particularly, it consists in ensuring that all reports required by the financiers for the implementation of the project and the loans are submitted on schedule.
