The Project Architect is responsible for conceptualizing and designing projects using 3D simulation and rendering software.

Design and conceptualize construction projects that meet the company's needs, considering the company's health, safety, and environmental guidelines.Propose and create visual materials that support aligning decision-making among key stakeholders and thereby establish the overall project scope.Provide aesthetic and functional designs, as well as efficient solutions for the spaces to be modified or implemented.Lead the bidding process, considering: delivering complete, accurate, and compliant bidding documents for quoting, executing, and controlling construction projects; analyzingsubmitted proposals; generating value engineering to optimize proposals; and making recommendations on the supplier or contractor to be selected.Responsible for ensuring the project is executed safely.Comply with applicable city standards and guidelines and building regulations for design proposals for BRP buildings.Guide and support project leaders in the selection of applicable methodologies and tools for their projects.Monitor project dashboards.Make recommendations on deviations to achieve project objectives.Analyze and update budgets to identify risks and opportunities.Generate risk assessments and propose solutions to reduce or mitigate risks.Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.Responsible for the execution of assigned projects, always respecting H&S expectations, quality, defined scope, time, and budget.Effective and efficient management of contractors and suppliers.
BRP GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
Comply with safety rules determined according to their role.Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.Create and adapt tools to improve project monitoring and development.

This represents the added responsibilities of the architect in the preliminary phases of a project: Concepts, Designs, Presentations and simulations, creation of the package for proper quotations from the General contractors.
The responsibilities during the execution of the projects are the same as a Project Engineer, and included in the updated project description.
