• Maintains a running relationship with HSEQ and Sales & Marketing departments so as to build a strong Field team.
• Updates technical information site data, construction and as built drawings, inventories, equipment etc. to
ensure reliability of Data

contractor staff and many a time are key players in causing accidents.
• A high turnover of employees and other changes in contractor employees, calls for constant
induction and training.
• Job Holder needs to be psychologically strong to handle different circumstances and consequences on
work sites.
• Job Holder must be willing to work for long hours in an unpredictable environment.
Activities• Ensure projects done within budget (+ 10%) of the initial contract sum and within contract period/time.
• Ensure projects are done to required quality standards.
• Ensure work permits are issued for all works. Works are done as per TotalEnergies 12 golden rules.
• Carries out risk assessments and prevention plan for all works.
• Ensure all statutory requirements for station construction ae met prior to commencement and
during construction.
• Perform Permit to Work Audits.
Candidate Profile• Bachelor’s Degree in REnEQgiUneIReErDin g or Construction Management.
• At least 3 years in supervision of Projects and construction works in a busy environment.
• Working experience in a Petroleum company is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in Projects Management.
• Computer Knowledge and use of AutoCAD, Word and Excel.
• Possess a driving permit with a clean driving record.
