The Project Tradesperson is part of an in-house team of skilled and semi-skilled tradespersons assigned to construction and onsite and offsite facility related projects.  As the nature of each assigned project will vary in both scope and duration, versatility and flexibility will be essential to the role.   Coordination of activities with external contractors and internal facilities resources will be frequent.

Minimum Education

High School diploma. Vocational or technical school training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Work Experience

2 years construction training and/or work experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Maintain valid Driver’s license. OSHA 10 Certification*

*or acquired within 6 months of hire.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Willingness and ability to work indoors or outdoors in any season. Basic knowledge of safety procedures. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently, as part of a team or alongside outside contractors. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff, and contractors/vendors. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manufacturer’s instructions. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Pay Range: $22.39 - $33.09
