What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Technician to support our onsite Turnaround Execution and Logistics teams. In this role, you will perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks to ensure accurate documentation, smooth financial processes, and consistent project progress. This position plays a critical role in the successful planning and execution of turnaround activities.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Create SAP requisitions, process receipts, and assist with vendor invoice resolution

Generate notifications for planned work scopes and project activities

Support Turnaround Managers in financial tracking and work order close-out processes

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Collaborate with Team members across turnaround planning and logistics functions

Ensure compliance with project management standards and maintain timely reporting documentation

Ideal Background

Education: Associate degree or technical certification in project management or related field

Certification: No certification is required for this position.

Experience: This position requires 6 or more years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven technical skills and aptitude in project support or maintenance environments

Strong organizational and analytical skils

High level of attention to detail in document handling and record-keeping

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
