About being our Project Surveyor \n

As our Project Surveyor, you will manage Field and Office staff and oversee all phases of project assignments including Transportation Design, Right of Way Engineering and Mapping, design surveys, construction, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Records of Survey, and GPS Control Surveys. This includes construction support and knowledge of field equipment and field needs.\n

Responsibility Highlights for our Project Surveyor\n\nOrganize and coordinate projects which include a broad range of assignments requiring knowledge of surveying\/mapping\nUse of various databases in process field data\nMaintain and manage Field Survey Data systems together with local and wide network operating systems\nComplete technical mapping and final drawings for agency submittals and specifications for approval\nResearch and analyze title reports, ROW\/E, ALTA's, topography, and mapping\nPerform survey calculations, analysis, and field support calculations\nKnowledge of common boundary establishment methods and analysis\nAbility to work well with various staff members, work with different disciplines and other departments\nWilling to grow and mentor others\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Project Surveyor \n\nRegistered Professional Land Surveyor\n5+ years' experience in all phases of surveying including public mapping experience (record of survey maps, legal description, and exhibits, etc.)\nProficient in industry standard software and management tools\nKnowledge of public agency codes, processes, and requirements\n\n
