Job Description
This position is for a highly detail-oriented individual with deep experience in the construction industry and strong proficiency in Procore. The Project Support Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers to ensure all administrative processes are executed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner in managing submittals, RFPs, bid documentation, and will have experience dealing with clients and vendors.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the administrative right hand to Project Managers, supporting day-to-day project execution.Manage the full submittal process using Procore, ensuring compliance with client and contractor standards.Assist in drafting and organizing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Coordinate and track bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds.Support estimating and bidding processes for industrial equipment projects involving sheet metal, millwrights, HVAC, and electrical scopes.Set up new vendors and clients in internal systems, supporting business development efforts.Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure project accuracy and audit readiness.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry.Proficiency in Procore.Extensive experience with bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds.Strong background in estimating bids and bidding on industrial equipment projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in project coordination, construction, and project management.Skills in administrative support, request for proposals, bidding, and estimating.Work Environment
The work environment involves working with a multi-trade industrial manufacturer and contractor that services a wide range of industries such as food processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, paper mills, foundries, and automotive plants. The company provides expertise in Sheet Metal, Millwright, Ironwork, and Electrical arenas, offering a turnkey approach to their customers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
