Gérer divers projets d’industrialisation visant à améliorer la productivité et l’efficacité de l’entrepriseApprendre et se former aux meilleures pratiques de l’industrie afin de proposer des technologies appropriées répondant parfaitement aux besoins opérationnelsGérer, coordonner et mobiliser les employés sous sa responsabilité en priorisant et en déléguant les tâches d’entretien ménager et de maintenance du bâtimentGérer efficacement le budget annuel alloué par la direction pour les projets d’industrialisation, d’automatisation, d’amélioration continue et de maintenance généraleEffectuer la sélection, l’achat et la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils, équipements, machines ou technologies, en collaboration avec le responsable de production et le superviseur de maintenanceRédiger et mettre à jour les procédures en place (inspection, réparation, etc.)Assurer la gestion des bons de travail dans Interal et les distribuer à l’équipeTravailler en étroite collaboration avec le service de maintenance pour réaliser les travaux d’entretien du bâtimentVeiller à la sécurité du lieu de travail et au respect des politiques de l’entreprise en matière de santé et sécurité au travailAssurer la conformité aux normes HACCP, BPF, de santé et sécurité ainsi qu’aux autres règlements et politiques en vigueur
Qualifications:
1 - DEC en génie ou tout autre diplôme pertinent
2 - Plus de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
3 - Expérience dans des projets d’automatisation industrielle
4 - Minimum d’un an d’expérience en gestion
Atouts:
1 - Expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire ou pharmaceutique
2 - Expérience en gestion ou entretien de bâtiments

Actalent is looking for a Project Supervisor/ Building Maintenance Technician for our client in the food manufacturing industry for a long term opportunity in the South Shore.
Description
- Manage various industrialization projects aimed at improving the company's productivity and efficiency;
- Learn and educate yourself on industry best practices to propose appropriate technologies that will perfectly meet operational needs;
- Manage, coordinate and mobilize employees under his/her responsibility by prioritizing and delegating housekeeping and building maintenance tasks;
- Effectively manage the annual budget allocated by Management for industrialization, automation, continuous improvement and general maintenance projects;
- Carry out the selection, purchase and implementation of new tools, equipment, machinery or technologies, in collaboration with the production manager and the maintenance supervisor;
- Write and update the procedures in place (inspection, repair, etc.);
- Maintain management of work orders in Interal and distribute them to the team;
- Work closely with the maintenance department to carry out building maintenance work;
- Ensure the safety of the workplace and compliance with company policies regarding health and safety at work;
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Health and Safety standards as well as other regulations and policies in place
Qualifications:
1 - DEC in engineering or any other relevant diploma
2 - 2+ years of experience in a similar position
3 - Experience in industrial automation projects
4 - Minimum one year of management experience
ASSETS:
1 - Food/ pharma industry experience
2 - Experience in building maintenance/ management
