Job Purpose:

Our Project Specialist Support will be responsible for managing, organizing, and entering information across multiple platforms and working across multiple accounts at once. They will collaborate with Project Specialists and production teams to ensure their tasks are managed/delivered on time.

Job Responsibilities:

● Pull and send customer tracking information, packing slips, BOL, etc. after job has shipped.
● Create and enter finished good item codes upon project completion.
● Enter finished good orders and provide tracking once shipped.
● Complete an accurate billing summary for finance.
● Assist Project Specialist with load plans, box labels, uploading photos, adding files to customer sites.
● Enter shipping information into monarch via manually, Excel spreadsheet for import, SKL, or IX database.
● Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Strong Excel skills.

● Knowledge of print terminology a plus.

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED
