Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization for Electrification and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business - Marketing & Sales and stakeholders
You will be mainly accountable for:
Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.Customer Representation - Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.Technical Documentation - Prepares and checks technical documents for submittal to customers.

Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plusYou are highly skilled in project management frameworks and the Electrification market.You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management, engineering or manufacturing role. Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, UL), particularly in commercial and industrial construction environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.Advanced English Level Mandatory
