Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Project Specialist Administrator to join a top-tier environmental engineering consulting firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Organize contracts to ensure record-keeping requirements are met.
Invoice Coordination: Prepare invoice letters and monthly spreadsheet templates for monthly invoice reports.
Subconsultant Contracts: Assist with setting up subconsultant contracts.
Project Setup: Help set up new projects, including budget tracking, contracts, change orders, and compliance tracking.
Accounting Support: Coordinate sub and client invoices, track subcontractor payments, and verify compliance documentation.
Expense Reports: Assist with expense reports.
Client Reporting: Assist with client contract reporting requirements.
File Management: Create and maintain paper and electronic files related to project work.
Administrative Support: Provide other administrative support as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PDF.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to assist with complex and diverse projects and deadlines.
Basic understanding of engineering techniques and procedures.

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior project controls/project administration experience preferred.
5-10 years of relevant professional experience on major projects in architectural, construction, engineering, or related technical fields.
