LabCorp is currently seeking a Project Specialist to join the laboratory team located in Burlington, NC! The ideal candidate will be one who can take initiative, has strong communication and computer skills, and experience within a clinical laboratory.
Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday. 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex scripts and queries using multiple analytics tools to mine and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and business impacts.Prepare and present data in the form of charts, graphs, and tables.Works with the supervisors, managers and directors on various data reporting needs.Requirements
Associate's degree or higher preferred.Minimum 3 years of applicable experience preferred.Strong analysis skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.Knowledge and experience in generating reports by importing, filtering, sorting, validating or modeling data.Impeccable attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.Proficient with computers.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Sharepoint, Tableau, Crystal Report, Alteryx and Smartsheets, preferred.Familiarity with laboratory information systems and laboratory processes.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs.If you’re looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!
