Your Opportunity

Stantec’s Government Services division is seeking a Database Analyst and Maximo Subject Matter Expert, (SME), to provide helpdesk technical support for US Coast Guard Maximo users enterprise-wide.

Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to train and assist distributed users virtually in the use Maximo to achieve USCG facility maintenance objectives. Possess multi-discipline technical knowledge of operations and maintenance of building systems. Support users to implement Maximo effectively and in compliance with enterprise standards. Monitor enterprise maintenance KPIs and proactively encourage and support users to improve performance. This position can be remote with reliable internet connection.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Maximo Subject Matter Expertise including the following modules: PM Work Order tracking Assets Locations Inventory Reporting Data analysis Position requires an FBI background check, (an active FBI background check a plus). Position requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager certifications are desirable. Position requires a pre-employment drug screen. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience

Minimum education and work experience: an associate degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 2 years of Maximo experience.
