We are looking for a Project Site Safety Coordinator. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. however, it can be remote.
This position will be based in Knightdale/Wendell, NC, with hybrid or remote accessibility. Field/site travel is required approximately 50% of the time.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partnering with Project Managers to ensure safety compliance across all work sites. Developing and implementing comprehensive Site Safety Plans from project bid through completion. Managing contractor safety evaluation, approval, and auditing processes. Conducting site visits for safety audits, inspections, and training. Monitoring and enforcing regulatory compliance and updating health and safety guidelines. Coordinating with Project Management teams, contractors, and customers to maintain a zero-harm safety culture.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in safety management, project management, or construction industry. Academic credentials in OSHT, CSP, ASP, or CHST preferred. OSHA 30 (Construction) certification (within last 3 years or completed upon hire). Active Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification or equivalent. Working knowledge of OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. United States citizenship and valid state driver’s license. Ability to pass background checks and fitness-for-duty requirements. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in site development and utility installation. EM-385 and OSHA 500 certifications. Experience with project management and safety software. Strong understanding of Electrical and arc flash safety practices, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards. Proven ability to develop Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.About Siemens:

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
