Job Title: Project Site Admin Location: Muleshoe, TX Duration: 12-Month Contract Compensation: $29-31.50 hourly Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Overview System One is actively recruiting for a Project Site Admin for a long-term contract position located in Muleshoe, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting construction projects or site-based teams and be comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities + Attend and take detailed minutes during the daily Plan of the Day meeting (7:00 AM start) + Manage administrative operations for the job site trailer including: + Office supply inventory and ordering + Document control and record keeping + Vendor coordination (catering, site services, etc.) + Provide meeting support: prepare agendas, take notes, distribute meeting minutes + Serve as a central communication point for site staff and visiting personnel + Coordinate with remote and on-site teams to ensure operational needs are met + Provide general administrative support to project managers and site supervisors Required Qualifications + 3–5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or field environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneNote, Adobe Pro, and/or Bluebeam + Experience with SumTotal, SAP, or similar systems (preferred, not required) + Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation + High School Diploma or GED (required) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
