Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 to support our project management team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects by developing and maintaining accurate project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather scheduling data and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and allocation based on project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with MS Project or other scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
