Job Description
This role involves collaboration with internal teams and customers to efficiently schedule engineering projects within the pulp/paper and food and beverage sectors.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project scheduling with internal teams and customers.Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage and control project timelines.Implement cost control measures on engineering and construction projects.Lead scheduling efforts for projects ranging from $500k to $5 million.Analyze complex financial data sets and integrate them into MS Project.Essential Skills5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.Proficiency in project controls and management.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.Understanding of Power BI.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with project coordination and cost control.Ability to manage cloud-based project tools.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule with approximately 30% travel required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
