We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Scheduler with specific expertise in renewable energy projects and production control. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of construction projects within the renewable energy sector. This role also involves production control activities to optimize resource utilization and project workflow.

What you’ll do:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction project schedules for renewable energy projects using Microsoft Project.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and production teams to gather scheduling inputs and update timelines.Monitor project progress and production activities to identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or risks to the schedule.Analyze schedule and production data to provide insights and recommendations for schedule optimization and production control.Prepare and present schedule and production control reports and updates to stakeholders.Ensure schedules align with project budgets, milestones, contractual requirements, and production targets.Support project planning activities including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and production workflow optimization.Assist in the development of project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and production schedules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule and production integration across multiple projects.Maintain accurate records of schedule and production changes and document reasons for deviations.Support claims analysis and dispute resolution related to project scheduling and production control.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Construction Project Scheduler or similar role, with a focus on renewable energy projects.Experience in production control within construction or renewable energy environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, renewable energy project requirements, and production control principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Preferred:
Experience with other scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 is a plus.Knowledge of construction contracts, project management methodologies, and renewable energy industry standards.Experience working on large-scale renewable energy construction projects.Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies related to scheduling and production control.
