Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. We have an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1, specifically advancing the solution for bringing the EITaaS IT Service Management offerings to SIPR.\n
We are currently seeking a Project RightClick Administrator for an onsite position in Chantilly, VA.\n
Project RightClick is a mission-critical initiative focused on enhancing digital governance, data control, and secure system access across the enterprise. Our goal is to ensure seamless user experiences while maintaining strong compliance and cybersecurity standards. We're looking for a dedicated Project RightClick Administrator to help manage platform operations and ensure continued system efficiency and user satisfaction. The Project RightClick Administrator will support the technical and operational aspects of the RightClick system. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, policies, workflows, and system health while collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure secure and efficient platform use. Key Responsibilities\n\nAdminister the RightClick platform, including system configuration, user provisioning, and policy enforcement\nMonitor platform performance, conduct system audits, and troubleshoot issues\nCollaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain data protection standards\nCoordinate updates, patches, and change management procedures\nTrain users and provide technical support across departments\nDevelop and maintain documentation for workflows, policies, and procedures\nAnalyze system usage data and provide insights to stakeholders for process improvements\nServe as a point of contact for vendors and technical support related to the RightClick platform\n\n
Required Qualifications\n\n10 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or project coordination\nFamiliarity with digital access platforms, identity management systems, or governance tools\nProficiency in managing user roles, permissions, and access control policies\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills\nExperience with ticketing systems, reporting tools, and audit logging\nDetail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data securely\n\n\nDoD 8140 compliance, CompTIA Security + or higher \n\n\nMust have Active Secret Clearance\n\n
Preferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with governance platforms like Nexthink, Active Directory, Okta, or similar\nKnowledge of ITIL frameworks and service delivery best practices\nPrior experience working in enterprise environments or public sector projects\nProject management exposure (PMP, Agile, or Scrum familiarity)\n\n
