Implement and/or support counter measures and actions for performance improvementPerform Quality and Continuous Improvement activities collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cost out and efficiency project deliverables (milestones, process improvements, etc.) are met in a timely mannerContribute to established targets with no compromise on product quality/compliance, supplier continuity, and efficiency and risk mitigations.Conducting supplier audits using a standard auditing template.Generate new improvement opportunities and help consolidate next cost-out action pipelineSupport Partner and Supplier Qualification process.Ensure all product compliance requirements are properly addressed in quality packagePrepare and Coordinate with Customer and Supply Chain quality Inspections as per ITP to obtain full approval and follow-up of punch points.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering bachelor’s degree from accredited school.Experience in Quality or Project Management in the turnkey projects environment (preferably in the energy industry)Technical / Hands-on Experience with Manufacturing of Transformers, Pre-Fabricated Buildings, Switchboard/Switchgear, CapacitorsFluent EnglishUp to 50% travel can be required for this roleMinimum of 4 years of supplier quality experienceMinimum of 3 years of project management experiencePMI or ASQ CertificationDesired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skills.Knowledgeable of manufacturing / operational processesProven ability to work in cross-functional teamDemonstrated ability to analyze and organize dataStrong negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience in product cost-out initiativesAbility to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impactExperience working with suppliers and driving improvement opportunities.Proven Facilitation SkillsThe base pay range for this position is 87,000.00 - 145,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This role is also eligible for a 10% variable incentive bonus.
