More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities. + Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable). / Ability to travel 25% of time (including international). + Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwares (Minitab) + Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools usage (APQP, PAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP) + Advanced knowledge in hydraulics systems, mechanical and electronics subjects. + Ability for decision making based on data and proper risk assessment. **Work activities** + Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent Transfers projects. + Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects. ( CP, QRS, etc) + Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods. + Communicate and escalate in a proper way any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage. + Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
