As Project Pursuit Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving and securing strategic projects for Emerson’s Systems and Software group, while leading sales growth across the Central and South East Europe (CSEE) region. The focus will be on key customer accounts in the Renewable Energy sector, with particular emphasis on Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage.

With a defined sales target, the role focuses on developing profitable new business opportunities, increasing penetration within the existing customer base, and ensuring strong long-term partnerships through high levels of customer service.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop new and existing customer accounts in Renewable Energy (focus on Solar, Battery Storage, Wind in CSEE region incl. Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Adriatics). Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Achieve bookings targets and support long-term business growth. Promote product portfolio and services through regular customer visits and presentations. Build strong relationships across customer organizations and act as key contact for Emerson. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to shape tailored solutions. Coordinate cross-division sales projects and recommend pricing strategies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Technical degree, or equivalent experience  Skilled in actively seeking out and securing sales opportunities Relevant experience in Industrial automation, in areas of engineering and sales/marketing with strong technical skills in distributed control systems (DCS), process operations, and knowledge of power plant operations Experienced in Renewable Energy Market Segment (Wind, Solar and/or Battery Storage) in the CSEE Relevant experience with regional EPCs  CRM & MS Office tools  Fluent in English and any other CSEE language Willingness to travel  Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experienced with DeltaV or other DCS / PLC systems Worked in a matrix organization
