Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance efforts for device programs across North America (NAMER) and Asia-Pacific (APAC), including Australia and Japan. This role focuses on launching new device programs in various jurisdictions, ensuring full regulatory compliance from inception through reporting. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum 7 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 1 year in regulatory compliance (preferably in electronics, medical devices, or safety). + Strong understanding of product and device compliance regulations. + Proficient in Excel; ability to interpret data queries (SQL knowledge is helpful but not required). + Experience with environmental or labeling compliance is a plus. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and manage approximately 150 device programs across NAMER and APAC. + Lead a team of 3, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory milestones. + Define regulatory scope for new device programs and ensure compliance with local regulations. + Conduct jurisdictional research to determine compliance requirements. + Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities. + Monitor program progress and provide status updates to senior leadership. + Identify and manage risks across multiple concurrent programs. + Collaborate with data teams to interpret regulatory data and ensure accurate reporting. + Track KPIs such as time to launch, onboarding duration, and program completion rates.
