Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager 2 in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for working with NAS Vendor Summit team to creatively reinforce as the retailer of choice for top brands, deepen our engagement with our vendors' most senior leaders, and showcase new innovation and launches. This includes managing the strategic position of the NAS Vendor Summit by providing direction and implementation of marketing and communication for special events. This role actively develops and implements communication plans and strategies to internal and external senior leadership teams. This position will develop communication and marketing plans, align strategies, produce, edit, and publish a wide variety of content, and requires excellent writing and editing skills. Responsibilities: * Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations * Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions * Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery * Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate * Influence design and development of event content * Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives * Engage other business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for customers * Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence
