Summary: In this role, the Project/Program Manager works with the WW HUB Delivery L&D team to support tactical operations, content localization, and Spanish translation/validation initiatives. This position has a high level of program administrative management and is responsible for improving the long-term capabilities of the L&D function. The Project/Program Manager will hold responsibilities specific to learning content creation, translation, and program support. Responsibilities: * Support the implementation and delivery of learning programs and initiatives * Translate and validate learning content from English to Japanese * Ensure cultural appropriateness of translated materials * Provide administrative support to the L&D team * Create engaging e-learning content * Balance and prioritize multiple tasks * Maintain a positive attitude and presence
