Project/Program Manager
One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Project Manager with a focus on data program management. About the role: + Can be 100% remote (must support PST hours) but if based in Sunnyvale, CA would ideally be a hybrid position + 2 step interview process + 4-6+ years of experience required within Project Management & 1-2+ years of experience required within Data Collection + Compensation: DOE and location Job Description • Data program management role – manager who can work with scientists and engineers on team to design • Initiation of project with legal and business stakeholders for SOWs • Engaging with other team PMs in order to review status, provide feedback and manage project engagements to ensure timely delivery • Responsible for the coordination and completion of data collection projects. • Oversee all aspects of projects. • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. • Performs quality audits and prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program Responsibilities + Lead data program management and collaborate with scientists and engineers. + Initiate projects with legal and business stakeholders to develop Statements of Work (SOWs). + Engage with other project managers to review status, provide feedback, and manage project engagements. + Coordinate and complete data collection projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution. + Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress. + Conduct quality audits and prepare status reports for upper management. + Support the team with SOP creation, vendor management, data quality audits, project tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries. Required Skills + 4-6 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management. + 1-2 years of experience in Data Collection. + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. + Strong project management skills, including coordination with multiple partners and conducting weekly reviews with technical stakeholders. + Experience with data collection and annotation projects is preferred but not required. + Familiarity with AWS tools, particularly S3, is advantageous. + Knowledge of Asana and Confluence tools is helpful. + Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. + A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work Environment The role offers flexibility with the option for remote work, provided alignment to PST hours. While remote work is possible, local or hybrid candidates are prioritized for in-office presence when needed. The position involves collaboration across engineering, product, clinical, distribution, and customer care teams. The work environment is mainly collaborative with independent aspects, requiring the ability to work backwards with internal teams based on technical requirements. No overtime is expected. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
