Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager in Seattle, WA responsible for overseeing on-site execution, working night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM). Responsibilities include: * Design review * Ordering shelving * Installing/overseeing installation of new shelving through third-party contractors * Ensuring work meets permitted standards * Ensuring work meets food health safety standards * Preparing buildings to be turned over to operations for live pickup products * Managing third-party labor teams. * Executing a specific phasing plan; Ensuring the phasing plan is completed entirely for each night * Escalating any issues that arise during the night's work or forecasting potential issues * Maintaining in-depth communication between site operations and senior leadership * The role involves extensive travel within the continental United States, potentially anywhere from Seattle to Florida.
