**Position Title:** Program Manager/ Scrum Master

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple teams.
+ Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
+ Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
+ Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
+ Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
+ Track and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
+ Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
+ Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Certified SAFe 6.0.
+ Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
+ Background in software development or IT project management.
+ Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.

**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position in local currency is 77000.00 - 143000.00
