Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager 2 in Arlington, VA. Summary: This temporary role will maintain consistent year-over-year operational coverage during our peak events period and is essential due to the scale and complexity of company events and the particularly sensitive nature and high visibility of their launch sessions. This 6-month engagement (June 2025 through December 2025) covers the preparation and execution phases for our client's event, ensuring smooth operations during the embargo workstream's peak period. This targeted, temporary support is vital to ensure the seamless execution of the over 400-launch associated sessions projected for the event. The role requires someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience in large-scale event coordination. Key responsibilities: * Managing communication with allocation groups regarding 400+ embargo sessions (answering questions, obtaining session and launch information) * Auditing session information to ensure accuracy and completion * Maintain updated launch information in embargo Airtable base for 200+ launches * Scheduling embargo session review meetings for AOs * Coordinating between stakeholders including allocation groups and other internal teams, including Workshop Studio, to manage embargo session content
