**General Description:** **The Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) team is an aligned portfolio strategy, project management and systems team that is a strategic driver of project and portfolio strategy, prioritization, delivery, decision-making and risk/value management.** **The** **Project & Portfolio Systems and Reporting** **role holder will own the portfolio systems, including the process for gathering and cleaning portfolio data and assist in the delivery of R&D portfolio reports, analyses, assessments and insights in the context of the early and late-stage portfolios as well as commercial. The analyses and insights will drive delivery of business objectives for the R&D/commercial portfolio supporting and informing planning and decision-making by executive leadership & governance.** **Essential Functions of the Job:** **Ownership of the portfolio system implementation collection, validation and analysis strategy.** **Partner with R&D finance and portfolio team to align on project data models for use in portfolio scenarios, optimization and valuations.** **Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Governance to develop portfolio analyses, reports and system improvements.** **Manage continuous improvement of the portfolio systems & processes that drive project and portfolio management including sharing of best practice and standardization of portfolio information across teams and functions.** **Create portfolio visualizations and reports to support prioritization, quarterly reviews and other ad-hoc analyses.** **Collaborate with the PPM team in generating analyses of timeline, resource, and budget information that facilitates scenario planning, contingency planning, risk assessment and management, problem-solving, and decision-making across the portfolio.** **Ensure the robustness of data captured within systems such that project teams and functional leaders trust the data and use it as a primary project data source.** **Qualifications:** **Bachelor’s Degree with 10 + years’ experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry Or a Master’s Degree or above with 7 + years’ experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.** **Thorough knowledge of drug development & commercialization and familiarity with pharmaceutical portfolio strategy development.** **Experience with project and portfolio systems used in drug development.** **Demonstrated ability to create and maintain efficient connection with Sr. leadership team and global functions.
