Mission:

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a set of projects, relying on different project managers, in accordance with the strategy definedReview and challenge project baselines in cooperation with project manager, supply chain and production managerBased on clear project objectives, define initial project baselines in cooperation with project managers and operation managerEnsure that the objectives of the different projects are aligned with the strategy at any timeIdentify potential bottleneck and set priorities as requiredReview schedule and financial figures (actuals and estimated to complete) of each project individually on a regular basis with corresponding project managers and put them in perspective with the progress based on the Earn Valued Management methodologyConsolidate the project portfolio’s financial figuresIdentify any lack of resources (quantity or skill) to achieve project portfolio objectives and suggest appropriate actionsManage risks and opportunities at project portfolio levelDefine appropriate key performance indicators and carry out the corresponding reporting to the management

Profile:

Required level of studies and experience

Master degree in Engineering or Finance, with a proven experience in project/portfolio management in a high-tech environmentAn experience working for an international defense company is an asset;Project or Portfolio management certification such as PMP or IPMA is an asset;
