Mission:

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a set of industrial development projects in accordance with the strategy definedManage a set of projects relying on different project managersAlign projects to strategic objectives of the companyBased on clear project objectives, define initial project baselines in cooperation with project managersIdentify potential bottleneck and set priorities as requiredReview financial figures (actuals and estimated to complete) of each project individually on a monthly basis with corresponding project manager and put them in perspective with the progress based on the Earn Valued Management methodology.Consolidate the project portfolio’s financial figuresIdentify any lack of resources (quantity or skill) to achieve project portfolio objectives and suggest appropriate actionsManage risks and opportunities at project portfolio levelDefine appropriate key performance indicators and carry out the corresponding reporting to the management

Profile:

Required level of studies and experience

Master degree in Engineering and/or Business administration, with at least 10 years’ experience in project/portfolio management in a high-tech environment.An experience working for an international company;Project or Portfolio management certification such as PMP or IPMA is clearly an asset;
