Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

You will be in charge of:

Coordinating the Global SOP process and the production planning updates to ensure product availability and the timely purchase of the raw materials in order to optimize working capital and customer service.Defining optimal inventories level and provides planning guidelines at BU levelCoordinating plants logistics for planning activities and manages the intercompany planning to optimize production allocation.Defining the best volume / time allocation in the Transmission Land plants optimizing the plants volumes saturation.Acting as a first point of contact for other functions to ensure priorities alignment between Sales, Project Management and Logistics.Defining and secure coherence of Delivery Lead Times with business/market requirementsEnsuring and coordinating the raw material procurement process and its related costs

Frequent travels may be required, up to 30%

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar roleHonours degree in technical engineeringStrong knowledge of Office package, including Microsoft ProjectsFluency in English is essential

Preferred Experience:

Preferably previous experience of production planning at both country and plant levelCapacity to coordinate global processes through different Countries and functionsStrong analytical skills and capacity to analyze and build KPIs“Influencing without authority” leadership traitsSAP knowledge is desirable
