We are looking for an experienced and energetic Project Owner to join our Verification Team. The Project Owner is responsible for driving the successful execution of projects within a specific functional or geographic area. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, the Project Owner ensures that project goals align with strategic objectives and that solutions meet business needs. The role is accountable for delivering value, managing priorities, and maintaining stakeholder alignment across the area. Also ensuring the delivery of a robust product to our key customers, such as Verizon, AT&T, Vodafone, and Elisa.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field2–3 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in software or tech environmentsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across levelsHands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery frameworksProficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Power BINice to have:
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS platformsBackground in software engineering or other technical rolesUnderstanding of API integration, data pipelines, and software architectureStrong conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skillsDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic goalsAct as the main liaison for stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.Coordinate cross-functional teams such as developers, QA, DevOps, designers, and product managers.Communicate project status, issues, and risks clearly and regularly to stakeholders and executives.Track progress, resolve blockers, and escalate risks to leadership or governance forums when necessary.Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage tasks using tools like Jira.Drive continuous improvement, facilitate knowledge sharing, and manage change requests and scope adjustments.
