CACI is seeking an experienced Project Operations Lead to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of DOD processes and technical expertise in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.Lead and coordinate project teams, including both civilian and military personnel.Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication with DOD officials, contractors, and other government agencies.Identify and mitigate project risks.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with DOD standards and specifications.Oversee project finances, including budget management and cost control.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary within JDOC.Manage procurement processes for project resources and services.Ensure compliance with DOD regulations, security protocols, and relevant guidelines.Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.Implement and manage project management tools and software.Research and evaluate new concepts, processes, and technologies to enhance Cyber Operations efficiencyConduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.Qualifications:
Required:
US Citizen, and an active TS/SCI clearanceBS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related project management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.Knowledge and experience with DOD missions and processes.Ability to utilize tools such as negotiation, motivation, conflict management, and alliance building—to shape the business environment to support strategic objectivesDesired:
MA/MS in applicable degree field.10+ years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems and subsystems.PMP Certified
