Key Responsibilities:

Ensure program activities are implemented as per implementation plan

Communicate the goals, objectives and strategies of Stop TB project with local government and health partners in the assigned areas.Conduct TB awareness and education activities in communities as per project plans.Coordinate with treatment and care teams and health facilities to identify hotspots to prioritize TB awareness implementation.Participate in periodic project assessments and evaluations with key city/district and local health partners and stakeholders at various levels to analyze trends and gaps in performance vis-à-vis project goals and standards and formulate appropriate or reinforce existing actions.Develop and submit reports as required by the project.Conduct any other activities as assigned from time to time

Ensure community-based groups are engaged in TB support services

Identify existing (or initiate) community-based groups and engage them in TB advocacy activities.Train community-based groups in TB advocacy.Support community-based groups in project catchment areas in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of organizational strengthening and TB service delivery enhancement activities.Support business houses to develop TB Workplace policies for their internal implementationSupport community-based groups in project catchment areas in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Safeguarding activities.

Ensure smooth Operations

Execute financial transactions in accordance with approved project plans.Ensure that corresponding documentation of these transactions are accomplished according to World Vision and Project requirements and timetable.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Nursing , HEO or Community Health WorkerHas experienced in hospital/clinical practice (knows how to inject drugs, dispense medicines, etc.)Training on the TB Program a plusExperience with non-profit organizationProficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent communication skills (oral and written) both in English and local dialectsTime management skillsPeople Management skillsProven experience as a team playerDemonstrated collaboration skills
