Then come in and join Malaysia team as PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (PMO), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the project management through administrative and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
· You will assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal, external suppliers and authorities.
· You will be supporting the Project Manager in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
· You will maintain up-to-date and systematic filling system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
· You will be assisting and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
· You will ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contracture requirements.
· You will support for internal and external audit.
· You will facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
· You will perform any other administrative works as assigned to support project management team.

Your qualifications and experience:
· Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
· 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role.
· Industry- specific experience in similar project administrative or project. coordination role within healthcare or construction industry is added advantage.
· Fresh graduate with strong proficiency in the needed skills is encouraged to apply.
