Project Mgmt Specialist II
We have an opportunity for a **Project Mgmt Specialist II** to join our team in Brno. Your role in the team will be to failitate and support the development of program/project plans, estimates, creation of baseline budgets, and risk assessments. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home. Since the invention of autopilot in 1914, we’ve been a leader in innovation for the Air Travel industry. Everyday 140,000 Honeywell air turbine starters bring to life commercial and military aircraft, industrial and marine equipment. **More sustainable travel, safer and more efficient flying and a focus on cutting-edge innovation.** **Key Responsibilities** + Compile cost data, perform analysis and validation of project costs + Create and maintain project schedules, compile schedule status, generate metrics and analyze project performance + Assist in the forecasting process (financial and technical resource planning and utilization analysis + Synthesize program management information to facilitate ETC and EAC updates and recommend corrective actions + Facilitate and coordinate Program Management Reviews/Monthly Project Review _Please note that due to export restrictions, we will only be able to take into consideration applicants with an EU, UK or US citizenship._ **Key requirements** + College Graduate – BA/BS or MA/MS degree in accounting, finance, or related field + Strong MS Project skills and MS Excel skills + Experience or training with Business Intelligence Tools - preferrable Tableau (not required) + Experience or training with EVMS principles and corporate financial systems (not required) + Familiarity with SAP Project Systems and Dassian interface and CAPM or PMP certification (not required), knowledge of the Honeywell Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) process **We offer** + Market-specific training and ongoing personal and professional development with support of experienced leaders + Extra-week of holiday, semi-flexible working hours + Benefit portfolio including meal allowance, pension insurance, Benefit Plus Cafeteria program, discounted phone tariff, Multisport card for free or discounted access to sports and leisure facilities, global partnership, and discounts and more We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
