Responsibilities Works with the clients to receive and analyze briefing requests. Managing end-to-end production of voice-over (VO) requests for TV and radio. Builds project timing plans and project estimates. Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues. Establishes good work relations and relationships with the clients, client service teams, transcreation partners and creative teams. Coordinating with VO talent, post-production teams and client service team to ensure brand alignment and effective messaging. Streamlining processes for VO content production, improving efficiency across teams and meeting deadlines consistently. Qualifications Experience in managing projects, sound projects related preferably. Excellent communication and soft skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency and executional teams. Proactivity and independence in action. Fluent English - both written and spoken is a must. Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges and to recommend improvements. Preparation of project documentation (cost estimate, schedule, reports, client statuses, etc.). Professionalism, engagement, attention to detail, and pro-active approach to problem-solving, ability to prioritize and resist stress in a changing environment. Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance. Coordination of third parties and vendors. Practical knowledge of project management tools. Great at multitasking, excellent work organization. Well-developed teamwork skills. Experience at an advertising agency in the Production or Post-production department or sound studio is a bonus.
