Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO) team at Informa TechTarget. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering growth and success for customers and colleagues by successfully executing initiatives within the Informa TechTarget CASA (Consolidate, Align, Simplify, Automate) Portfolio. 

Role Overview 

Responsible for delivery of Project(s) within the Informa TechTarget CASA (Consolidate, Align, Simplify, Automate) Portfolio to specified requirements / outcomes  Provides direction, leadership & coordination for the project to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved, benefits on time and to the required quality.  Collaborate with the other project and/or programme leads within the CASA Portfolio to ensure a fully integrated delivery and transfer to BAU  Manages Project plans and related documentation, driving efficiency and productivity where possible across the team  Drive key deadlines and milestones, ensuring projects stay on track and meet their business objectives Manage project governance meetings and reporting, document and engage with relevant stakeholders etc.  Responsible for driving complex change across the business within the context of the designated project.  Responsible for coordinating and managing senior stakeholders to reach the desired outcome(s) of the project  Responsible with collaborating with relevant sponsors & cross-functional teams. Removing blockers, managing risks/issues while encouraging a self-organizing mindset  Encourage an Agile mindset within the project e.g., tools and ways of working  Ensure clarity and confidence in execution exists and is communicated through high levels of ambiguity.  Provide additional support as required to the Transformation Portfolio Director.

QualificationsExperience leading complex change projects involving cultural and behavioural changes.  Experience with sales, marketing, and editorial teams in product and audience development.  Proven ability to adopt and apply an Agile mindset, tools, and ways of working.  Capacity to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain stakeholder confidence in delivery.  Demonstrable experience with cross-functional teams, resolving blockers, and encouraging a self-organising mindset.  Excellent communicator, adept at navigating dynamic creative personalities.   Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management models.
